So basically I played a 4 vs 4 friendly match.
I was pocket. We start playing and at certain point the red (the other pocket teammate) start building 6 market, 1 university and 1 forging on my territory. I say him to stop but no asnwer from him.
Then I start building house in the empty space left by his markets. I needed that space. I had no other place where to build houses. Then he raged and he start saying I should **** myself and I should stop building houses. We start offending each other.
At one hour of game, the teal (flank teammate) say sorry because he would have been defeated soon.
I took a look at him... and after 1 hour of game he was still at feudal age doing nothing, with a score of 1000.
After this, he asked for some stone. I was still irritable by what red did to me so I say him to shut up. He answered saying I'm a bad person and I should unistall aoe2.

Of course we lost. Before quitting, the last (blue) teammate said I'm an ****.
But why? Is ground zero teammates or not play at all the new way to play this game? I shouldn't complain about what they did? I really have no idea, please help me to understand.

well, this kind of stuff happens alot in teamgames in the new player lobby. it's standart stuff teammates arguing each other,trashtalking...

Never build buildings on the trade route it hurts the profitability. You can build your houses anywhere else

Orange there are alot of players who trashtalk in your case he clearly did wrong ... i hate it when teammates do these kind of silly mistakes .. i get frustrated by teammates playing bad too . i mean comeone what are you supposed to do when your ally is making cavaliers vs halbs .. Thats total BS .. The best thing to do to them is wall them ****ing cut them off .. when they resign del their buildings you are better without these kinda teammates believe me

jaja we all get these people. Me team always loose coz of 2 ultra noob never split properly end up on my team (more often than enemy team for some reason ;confused) Me is sad but nothing can do about it ;sad
