I've set up a script that handles this.

If you're interested, please message me with the following information:

Name
Email Address
Phone (this is optional and text rates apply, only works in US)
Time Zone
Daily Email Notification Limit
Daily Text Notification Limit
What days and time spans you want to be notified and how you want to be notified, including the minimum number of players before you're notified.
Example Rules
- Send SMS messages on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 6pm and 10pm when more than 3 players have entered the lobby
- Send Email and SMS messages on Wednesdays all day when anyone has entered the lobby
- Send Emails on Saturdays between 10am and 10pm when more than 5 players have entered the lobby.

I'll be working on an interface for everyone to manage their own subscriptions as long as you guys are interested.
